Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShieldSight Builder (the "Service"), operated by ShieldSight ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ShieldSight Builder is a SaaS builder platform that provides pre-built technology modules — including authentication, scheduling, payments, CRM, and more — so businesses can launch their own software products without writing code from scratch.

Features and pricing are described on our website at shieldsight.polsia.app and may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans & Fees

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed at shieldsight.polsia.app/#pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of signup. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the Service until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact shieldsight@polsia.app within 30 days.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.

We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for advertising or training AI models.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by ShieldSight and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

8. Availability & Uptime

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance or updates that result in temporary downtime; we will try to provide advance notice when feasible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShieldSight and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
